Q: Are these glass or soap? 

A: All items are made out of epoxy resin.

Q: Do you take customs

A: I do not take custom orders! 

Q: Do you take returns? 

A: No, all sales are final.

Q: Are your items made with real flowers? 

A: Yes. All flowers are natural, pressed flowers. 

Q: Do you steal the flowers from public locations or harm the environment? 

A: Absolutely not. 

Q: How long do you take to ship out orders?

A: I usually ship orders on or before Tuesday! This means the processing time is between 3-6 days! 

Q:What are your ring bands made out of?

A: They are just simple metal rings with a silver coating. I would suggest staying away from harsh chemicals and limiting exposure to water as much as you can because resin is pretty soft!(:

Q: Do you use real butterflies? 

A: No, they are paper.

Q: Why can’t you just restock items that sell out? 

A: Every item is handmade and one of a kind. I generally add similar items every week (:

Q: What happens if my package is damaged or lost by USPS? 

A: I am not responsible for lost or damaged items. Please contact the courier in this situation. If all else fails, feel free to email me at [email protected] and I will see what I can do for you! Please keep in mind that I am a small business selling my art. I’m thankful for all the support and I will try to make it up to you! After the package is marked as delivered, it is out of my hands.

Q: What are your products made out of? 

A: I make all of my art and jewelry out of epoxy resin. I add color pigments, glitter, and pressed flowers/plants! (:
